Stinger- P60S/6000lb Positioner

The Model Stinger- P60S/6000lb Positioner has a motorized variable speed rotation with Forward-Stop-Reverse switch
and dynamic braking. The inverter controlled rotation speed is variable from 0.05 to .80 RPM with 115 degree
forward tilt powered by a 2 H.P. AC motor. A self locking jack screw assembly produces a tilt torque of
111,375- inch pounds. The 40″ round table with 3 pre-drilled holes is standard for easy chuck mounting.
The positioner operates on 460 volt, three phase, 60 cycle input power. A plug in hand pendant includes
a “Forward-Stop-Reverse” switch along with a speed adjustment potentiometer on 25′ of cable.
Standard pre-loaded Timken bearings are protected by a heavy-duty welding rotoground assembly.
